The Weatherproof 3G-SDI 1080p POV Camera with 3.5x Optical Zoom from AIDA Imaging is a compact and rugged solution designed for a wide range of professional applications, including web conferencing, sports, auto racing, surveillance, medical imaging, broadcasting, live production, education, and houses of worship. Measuring approximately 2" wide by 2" tall and 3.25" deep, its small form factor and wide-angle lens make it ideal for use in tight spaces, whether mounted as a dashcam or discreetly positioned in a surgical room. The camera supports Full HD video capture at resolutions up to 1080p60 and comes equipped with a built-in wide-angle lens featuring 3.5x optical zoom. With its 3G-SDI output, the camera can be easily integrated into professional video workflows, connecting seamlessly to switchers, monitors, and recording devices. A 10-foot breakout cable is included, offering power input, RS-485, and VISCA serial control. This cable also features an integrated OSD controller, enabling on-the-fly adjustments to image settings such as 2D/3D noise reduction, digital slow shutter, black level compensation, flicker detection, and exposure controls. The camera’s body is equipped with status indicators for power and SDI output, making it easy to confirm operation at a glance. For flexible installation, it includes two 1/4"-20 threaded mounting points—one on the bottom and one on the top.
