With eight Gigabit Ethernet ports and support for dynamic VLAN traffic segmentation, this compact managed switch is built to quickly grow your network. Simply connect the switch to your router and use either the web-based configuration utility or PC app to get set up. Its 16 Gb/s switching capacity helps to ensure smooth data transfers. Other features include QoS traffic prioritization for optimized audio and video communications and DoS attack prevention. The GS308T has a fanless design that allows it to operate silently from a desktop so that it won't disturb your working environment.

Dynamic VLAN Assignment
 
IP phones and PCs can be authenticated on the same port but under different VLAN assignment policies, allowing users to freely move about while maintaining the same level of network access. Configure up to 64 VLAN groups.

Features such as Access Control List (ACL), DHCP filtering, 802.1x authentication, and auto DoS (Denial-of-Service) attack prevention help to protect against external attacks and malware.
