It includes standard warranty coverage with one-way expedited or next-day shipping, based on Panasonic's determination of need. The Preferred Service & Support provides three-year parts and labor coverage for production monitor LCD panels. Also added is one Preventive Maintenance Session in year two, and proof of purchase is not required at the time of service. To qualify, Preferred Service & Support must be purchased at time of product purchase.
