Shipping policy

All orders are processed and dispatched only after full advance payment has been received and confirmed. Orders will not be prepared, shipped, or released before payment clearance.

Shipping and delivery of products will be arranged from our Free Zone facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or local handling fees at the destination, if applicable, shall be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, destination, and shipping method. Estimated delivery schedules, if provided, are for guidance only and may be subject to change due to courier delays, customs clearance, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address, contact details, and consignee information provided at the time of order are accurate and complete. Streamport Media will not be responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover of the goods to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers are advised to inspect shipments upon receipt and report any visible damage or shortages immediately.
