The Marshall Electronics V-MD185 LCD Monitor (18.5"), with an LED-backlit panel, contrast ratio of 1000:1, and a brightness rating of 300 cd/m2, delivers high quality images at a resolution of up to 1366 x 768. A wide viewing angle of 178° ensures that you can view images clearly from any corner of the room or when the display is mounted at a height. In addition to an aspect ratio of 16:9, the LCD monitor can automatically adapt to the input resolution of the incoming video signals.

Featured freeze function enables you bring an image to a still position. With RGB bias and gain function, the LCD monitor allows for fine tuning of color balance levels and facilitates color matching with other types of monitors. The false color filter function allows you to set the correct camera exposure levels. Equipped with the pixel-to-pixel mode, the LCD monitor displays images in their native resolution by avoiding the monitor’s internal scaling function. The Blue Gun feature switches off red and green scan guns to produce an image made only from a blue scan gun.

In-monitor display enables on-screen text and tally indication, which can be controlled locally or remotely via support for protocols like TSL, NVISION, Image Video, and MEI (Marshall Electronics) tally control systems. With marker settings, you can control all on-screen markers, and is applicable for center marker, full screen markers, 16:9 markers, and 4:3 markers.

The V-MD185 LCD Monitor incorporates user-programmable function buttons to assign various functions such as freeze input, false color, pixel-to-pixel, Blue Gun, and markers as required. Using the standard 75mm VESA mounting holes, the LCD monitor can be rack mounted. You can mount he LCD monitor on a desktop using an optional stand (V-ST15). In addition, the LCD monitor can also be used as a standalone unit without the rack ears attached. The rack ears can be tilted as required to offer convenient viewing angles.
