It extends to a maximum working height of 67.5" (171.5cm) and folds down to only 26" (66cm) for storage. The VZ-TP1568 comes with a removable platform head with dual twist-lock handles. One handle is for panning and tilts; one adjusts for horizontal and vertical orientation. It also comes with a quick release plate for fast and easy removal and replacement of your camera to the tripod. Other features include removable center post and cushioned grips on upper legs for comfortable handling. A protective carrying bag is included with purchase.

A sliding center column with a friction lock enables low shooting down to 10" (25.4cm) which comes in handy for close-up and macro photography.
