YV10x5B-SA2/SA2L Varifocal 5 to 50mm f/1.3 Lens

The Fujinon YV10x5B-SA2L is a varifocal lens with an auto iris feature for perfect exposures in almost any lighting condition. It has a focal length range from 5mm to 50mm (a 10x zoom) that results in very narrow views (around 5°), medium-wide views (about 50°) and everything in between. You can use it for various jobs or move the camera from location to location. It has a fast f/1.3 maximum aperture so camera can be placed in less than bright environments. A built-in ND filter effectively converts the minimum aperture to f/360 for amazing bright light control. The lens can be fitted to cameras with 1/4-inch or 1/3-inch imagers. This model lens has manual settings for both zoom and focus and an extra-long auto-iris cable that extends 9 inches.

The Fujinon YV10x5B-SA2L uses a DC powered auto iris system that takes power from the camera. The lens itself measures the lighting conditions and sets aperture. There is a special cable and connector on the lens for this purpose. This model lens comes with a 9 inch cable to fit cameras with connectors in unconventional positions.

• Wide Range of Lighting Conditions

The lens is capable of adapting to very bright and very low lighting situations. Its maximum aperture is a fast 1.3 so it can be used dimly lit environments. When confronted with extremely bright scenes the lens has a built-in ND filter that can effectively stop the lens down to a maximum of f/360.
