YV5×2.7R4B-2 Varifocal 2.7 to 13.5mm f/1.3 Lens

The Fujinon YV5x2.7R4B-2 is a 5x manual lens with wide angle view and fast f/1.3 maximum aperture. Advanced design and engineering along with special optic glass provides superior image quality with IR sensitive day/night cameras and monochrome cameras as well as color units. It has a variable focal length from 2.7mm to 13.5mm that results in wide to medium views throughout its zoom range. On a 1/3-inch CCD camera the lens will show an extremely wide 99° horizontal angle of view and at full zoom the lens shows 20°. On 1/4-inch CCD cameras the lens shows 74° and 15° respectively.

• The Darkness Isn't So Dark

This lens has a fast f/1.3 maximum wide aperture for low light sensitivity. Under many circumstances this lens can create a low light surveillance system without the need for monochrome or infrared sensitive equipment.

The YV5x2.7R4B-2 makes use of special glass compounds and aspherical lens elements that not long ago were the domain of the most advanced and cost prohibitive professional new gathering equipment. These features make for higher contrast and better detail. It is particularly suited to IR sensitive day/night cameras and monochrome cameras. It will work just as well on standard color camera also.
