Intelligent Signal Distribution & Processing Engine

The Evertz 500IDA9-IG and 500IDA9-HD-IG go beyond standard distribution amplifiers by combining signal reclocking with powerful audio processing and signal auditing. Designed for live broadcasting, OB vans, and playout facilities, this single-slot module takes an incoming serial digital video feed and generates 9 high-quality, fully reclocked outputs capable of driving long coaxial runs.

Built-In IntelliGain® Loudness Control & Audio Shuffling

Unlike traditional DA hardware, the 500IDA9-IG series includes Evertz' award-winning IntelliGain® loudness processing. Operating under ITU-R BS.1770 guidelines, the onboard engine normalizes audio levels seamlessly across programming transitions without requiring separate outboard processors. The card also offers embedded mono audio channel shuffling and optional 5.1-to-2-channel downmixing to simplify facility audio management.

Comprehensive Network Control & High-Density Frame Architecture

Up to 15 modules can be populated inside a 3RU Evertz 500FR enclosure when managed by a 500FC series controller. Network integration with Evertz VistaLINK® enables engineers to perform signal presence detection, trend monitoring, and remote module configuration over standard SNMP interfaces.
