In decoding mode, the web-based interface allows you to pre-set nine NDI sources, enabling instant switching without the typical blackouts or signal stutter found in lower-end converters. Beyond signal conversion, the N3-S serves as a control hub, supporting pan, tilt, and zoom (PTZ) commands via USB-to-serial or network protocols. This allows operators to manage multi-camera setups with a streamlined, all-in-one hardware solution.

To ensure smooth coordination between the control room and the floor, the N3-S includes a comprehensive tally system with a high-visibility light and a detailed LCD status screen. When integrated with the Kiloview KIS Intercom System, the converter supports real-time voice communication via standard USB headsets. Reliable Power and Compact Deployment

The N3-S is built for the rigors of field use, featuring a compact, lightweight chassis that attaches directly to your camera via a standard threaded cold shoe mount. Deployment is simplified through Power over Ethernet (PoE) support, allowing a single cable to handle both data and power. For setups where network power is unavailable, the included 12V DC power adapter provides a stable alternative, ensuring your production stays live in any environment.
