The Autoscript EVO-IP 17” (EVO-IP17) delivers high-brightness broadcast prompter performance in a sleek 41.5mm deep enclosure. Engineered for modern studios and mobile broadcast rigs, its low weight minimizes payload strain on pedestals, jib arms, and robotic camera heads. Built-in Intelligent Prompting architecture allows the monitor to render script scrolling internally over a local IP network, eliminating the need for external scroll boxes or converter hardware.

Rapid Rigging with Folding Carbon Fibre Hood

Designed for quick studio setup and field production, the EVO-IP17 comes equipped with a folding carbon fibre hood and quick-release mounting plate. The calculated hood enclosure supports wide-angle lenses down to 4.3mm while keeping the rear opening sealed via a flexible ring, allowing operators direct access to manual hand grips and pan-bar zoom/focus controls. During teardown, the hood folds completely flat to safeguard the glass during transit.

Modular Upgradeability and Studio Connectivity

The rear connectivity panel features streamlined cable routing alongside HD-SDI, Composite, and LAN ports. The system includes 4 built-in tally lights with 270-degree visibility and integrates directly with the CLOCKPLUS-IP timecode display (supporting NTP and D-VITC time sources). Designed for long-term scalability, the EVO-IP17 can be upgraded to a full dual-screen EPIC-IP teleprompter system at any time simply by attaching an ETM talent monitor.
