Multi-Platform Telephone Hybrid System
The AxelTech Macrotel X1/X2 Multimode is a professional telephone hybrid system designed to handle multiple communication sources including POTS (landline), VoIP, Bluetooth, and optional GSM connections. It ensures seamless integration into broadcast and studio environments requiring high-quality phone call management.
DSP-Based Audio Processing
At its core, the system uses a powerful DSP (Digital Signal Processor) architecture that processes audio signals in real time. This enables advanced sound shaping features such as AGC, compression, expansion, equalization, and echo cancellation, ensuring crystal-clear call audio in any broadcast environment.
Flexible Connectivity & Control
Macrotel X1/X2 Multimode supports analog and optional AES/EBU digital audio interfaces via XLR connectors. It also features LAN connectivity with a built-in web server, allowing full configuration and control through any device browser including PCs, tablets, and smartphones.
Recording & Streaming Capabilities
The system records calls directly to a USB flash drive in PCM format with automatic timestamped filenames. It also supports RTP/PCM streaming for external recording setups, making it ideal for radio stations, TV production, and compliance logging.
Broadcast & Network Integration
With GPIO control, LAN connectivity, and compatibility with professional audio consoles (including Oxygen series), the system integrates smoothly into broadcast workflows. It also supports NTP synchronization for accurate time-stamped call logging.
