Fast, Clean HFO Camera Termination

Canare COP and COPS panels are complete hybrid fiber-optic (HFO) camera connector panels with the camera connectors already terminated (0.3 m pigtails) and a splice enclosure built in. Installers simply splice the facility fiber and wire the power and control conductors, cutting installation time for studio wall boxes, OB van I/O panels and stadium camera positions.

Flexible Layouts

The panels come as wall-mount versions (2 connectors, 197.6 mm wide) or 19-inch rack-mount versions (6 connectors), each in 2RU or 3RU height. Canare's exclusive 5-directional wiring lets cables enter from the most convenient side, and the lightweight aluminum chassis keeps OB van weight down. Panels are built from connector units and frames, so the same parts can be combined into custom layouts.

SMPTE or ARIB / OC

COPS models use the Canare FC series connector (SMPTE 304) with FCS003A pigtails; COP models use the Canare OC series (Hybrid-OPS / ARIB). F models have female receptacles, M models male receptacles. Individual units, frames, blank panels and top covers are listed separately.
