Intelligent Two-Piece Expandable Engineering

Unlike rigid, one-piece terminal rings that only function with thin sheet metal, the IU-7/16 utilizes a flexible two-piece interlocking construction. This design scales effortlessly to accommodate varying mounting surface depths. When installing standard BNC, RCA, or F-type bulkheads, the expandable bushings slide cleanly into the panel hole from opposite sides, meeting in the middle to create a seamless protective barrier that prevents shifting or physical vibration.

Broad Multi-Format Connector Mapping

The IU-7/16 is factory-calibrated to interface with Canare’s professional bulkhead terminal series. Depending on the connector base selected, the bushing adjusts to two major thickness zones: tight 1.2–1.5 mm mounting profiles (such as the BCJ-DCJ or 12G-SDI BCJ-FPLV lines) and deeper 1.2–3.0 mm configurations (such as the BJ-JR or FJ-JR pass-through jacks).
