Unlike traditional rubber boots that must be slid onto raw cable before the connector pins are crimped and soldered, this cover sets onto pre-assembled lines. Production teams can snap this heavy-duty protection kit over any existing Canare FC series or equivalent SMPTE 304 plugs at any time—completely eliminating down-time, service costs, or technical termination risks.

Hardcore Protection for Severe Remote Environments

Each kit contains a two-part system: a solid Polyethylene (PE) internal holder component that locks securely around the metallic connector frame, and a thick, ribbed Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) exterior boot that absorbs severe impact energy. This dual-layer defensive shell is ideal for outside broadcast (OB) vans, rental house inventories, and rugged sports arenas where lines are regularly dragged across asphalt. Additionally, the option to choose between Red (RD), Green (GR), Yellow (YL), and Black (BK) variants allows engineering crews to visually color-code and track distinct camera channels instantly.
