Core Configuration Manager (CCM) is the browser-based software used to configure and manage Arcadia Central Station intercom systems. It provides administrators with an intuitive interface for managing system settings, user roles, and communication channels.

Intuitive Web Based Management Interface

CCM runs directly in a web browser, eliminating the need for separate software installations. Administrators can access the system from any device connected to the network using supported browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, or Opera.

Role Based Communication Management

The system allows administrators to assign roles to beltpacks and user stations, making it easy to configure communication channels, groups, and direct connections. This role-based structure simplifies system setup and management for complex intercom deployments.

Real Time Monitoring and Diagnostics

CCM includes a global system health dashboard that displays system status and operational data. Administrators can also access diagnostic logs to troubleshoot communication issues and monitor system performance.

Messaging and Communication Control

The platform allows administrators to send text messages to connected users and manage call signals across individual stations or groups. Remote microphone kill functionality is also available for quick control during production operations.

Secure Configuration Management

Access to CCM is password protected, ensuring that only authorized administrators can configure or manage the intercom system. Configuration files can also be saved and restored for quick system recovery or duplication.
