High Capacity System Architecture

The system offers 496 timeslots and ports, enabling large numbers of intercom users and devices to connect within the same communication network. With seven interface card slots and eight interface module slots, the system can support a wide range of audio and communication interfaces.

Redundant and Reliable Design

The Eclipse HX-Median features redundant CPU cards and dual power supplies to ensure system continuity during critical operations. This redundancy minimizes downtime and ensures stable communication in demanding professional environments.

Broad Device Integration

The system supports integration with a wide range of Clear-Com communication products, including FreeSpeak wireless intercom systems, V-Series Iris keypanels, 2X10 touch panels, Agent-IC mobile clients, and Station-IC desktop clients. It also supports interconnection with I.V. trunks, LQ interfaces, and Arcadia central stations.

Configuration and System Control with EHX

The Eclipse HX-Median is configured and managed using the EHX configuration software. This platform enables system administrators to manage routing, channels, users, and connectivity across complex intercom infrastructures with an intuitive interface.
