The HXII-RM / HRM-4X remote station is a compact 1RU intercom user station designed for professional communication environments. It provides four assignable keysets that allow operators to monitor and communicate across multiple HelixNet channels.

Flexible Hands Free or Headset Operation

Users can communicate using a connected headset or through the built-in loudspeaker and microphone for hands-free operation. This flexibility makes the station suitable for control rooms, production desks, and technical operations areas.

Clear Visual Interface with OLED Displays

The front panel features bright OLED displays and illuminated keys that provide clear channel identification and operational feedback. This allows users to quickly identify active channels and communication routes even in low-light environments.

Seamless Integration with HelixNet Systems

The remote station connects to HelixNet systems hosted by Arcadia or HMS-4X units. Through Ethernet or Powerline connections, the station becomes part of a scalable wired partyline network supporting multiple endpoints and channels.

Easy Setup and System Management

Configuration and management are handled through Clear-Com’s browser-based Core Configuration Manager. Administrators can quickly assign channels, manage user stations, and perform firmware upgrades from a central interface.

Advanced Communication Controls

The unit includes controls for All Talk, Stage Announce, Remote Mic Kill, and program audio level adjustment. These features allow operators to manage large communication workflows efficiently during live productions.
