Product Overview +
Virtual Intercom Station for Desktop Computers
The Clear-Com Station-IC Virtual Client for Eclipse HX transforms a Windows or MacOS computer into a fully functional intercom user station. Designed for professional communication environments, it allows users to access Eclipse HX matrices, Gen-IC virtual intercom systems, and LQ series IP interfaces directly from their desktops.
Flexible Communication and Keyset Control
Station-IC provides 23 assignable keysets for Eclipse systems and 24 channel keys when connected to Gen-IC or LQ platforms. Users can assign keys for talk, listen, call signals, point-to-point communication, IFB channels, or control events. Individual listening levels for each key help users monitor multiple channels while prioritizing important conversations.
Efficient Interface for Multitasking
The interface is designed to match the familiar workflow of other Clear-Com user stations. Large talk and listen buttons, status indicators, and audio meters allow operators to manage communication quickly. The window can be resized or switched to compact mode, keeping essential keys visible while users work on other applications.
Reliable Network Communication
Station-IC uses optimized audio codecs and secure encrypted connections to maintain stable communication across LAN, WAN, and Internet networks. The software connects to Eclipse HX matrices using E-IPA or IVC-32 interface cards and supports both DHCP and fixed IP network configurations.
Flexible Licensing Options
Multiple licensing models are available including perpetual licenses, subscription licenses, and event-based licenses. This flexibility allows organizations to scale the number of virtual intercom users depending on operational requirements, long-term deployments, or temporary events.
