Two-Way Radio Integration

The Clear-Com TW-47 is a stand-alone interface that connects a two-way radio or walkie-talkie to a single channel of a Clear-Com, RTS, or compatible 2-wire partyline intercom system. It enables radio users to communicate directly with intercom users within the same communication network.

Push-To-Talk Communication Control

The interface supports push-to-talk transmitter keying, using standard intercom call signals to control radio transmission. This allows operators to communicate seamlessly between radio systems and intercom channels without requiring additional control hardware.

Flexible Radio Compatibility

The TW-47 works with any walkie-talkie or two-way radio equipped with headset and microphone jacks, making it suitable for broadcast production teams, live event coordination, and communication systems used in television studios or field production environments.

Audio Monitoring and Control

Individual transmit and receive level controls allow precise adjustment of audio signals between the radio and intercom systems. A bi-color LED indicator provides clear visual feedback on audio signal levels to help prevent distortion and maintain optimal communication quality.
