The Core Configuration Manager (CCM) is a browser-based software utility designed to provide centralized configuration, monitoring, and management for HelixNet, LQ Series, and FreeSpeak II systems. It offers a consistent user experience across all supported platforms, allowing administrators to manage systems efficiently from any web-enabled device.

Link-Group Configuration

CCM enables full Link-Group configuration through a web browser connected to any device within the group. This allows users to manage systems remotely, even when devices are behind firewalls or accessed over the internet. Multiple administrators can simultaneously monitor and configure devices within the same Link-Group, improving collaboration and system control.

Role-Based Device Management

The system supports role-based configuration, allowing administrators to assign predefined configuration sets to devices of the same type. This simplifies deployment, reduces setup time, and enables quick reconfiguration or reuse of hardware across different system environments.

Unified Experience Across Systems

CCM maintains a consistent interface across HelixNet, LQ Series, and FreeSpeak II systems. This unified design allows users to navigate different product lines without needing separate training. Logical grouping of features and a structured layout improve workflow efficiency, while a dark theme supports operation in low-light environments.

System Monitoring and Control

CCM provides a single-page overview of all system components and interfaces. It supports live monitoring, account management, configuration save and restore functions, and role-based endpoint control. It also includes management for Agent-IC, SIP, and IVC-32-HX accounts.
