Complete Master Control & Branding Architecture

The Evertz 3025EMC is a master control switcher designed for broadcast playout facilities, television stations, and multichannel operations migrating across SD, HD, and 3G-SDI formats. Each single-slot card processes a complete Program and Preset switching path alongside a dedicated Emergency input for instant failover to safe feeds. Two independent Clean outputs provide clean feed distribution, while physical bypass relays ensure uninterrupted on-air broadcasting during unexpected hardware or power outages.

Graphics, DVE & Expanded Media Storage

Equipped with four standard key layers, the 3025EMC renders complex multi-layer graphics, static/animated bugs, dynamic text lower thirds, and time-synced audio chimes. Onboard media storage can be expanded using 8GB CompactFlash cards (+CF8G) or over Gigabit Ethernet via Network Attached Storage (+NAS) for unlimited archived asset access. Optional 2-channel or 4-channel 2D DVE engines deliver real-time picture-in-picture graphics independent of keyer layers.

Multi-Channel Audio & Panel Control

Audio processing features 16 channels of embedded SDI audio and 4 MADI inputs/outputs. Integrated DSP provides channel shuffling, mono-mixing, phase correction, and two stereo voice-over ducking channels with pre-hear preview. Operators control switching locally using custom 10-character LCD desktop/rackmount control panels or remotely via major automation systems.
