Mission-Critical Master Control Playout

The Evertz 3025EMC is a high-reliability master control switching and channel branding platform designed for broadcast facilities migrating across SD, HD, and 3Gb/s infrastructures. Built for continuous 24/7 operation, the 3025EMC combines solid-state hardware reliability with signal protection features, including mechanical bypass relays and a dedicated Emergency input path to immediately protect on-air programming during power or upstream system failures.

Multi-Channel Branding & DVE Capabilities

Engineered with a powerful internal media processing engine, the 3025EMC provides 4 standard internal key layers for high-resolution static or animated logos, lower-third text, audio chimes, and dynamic text crawls. Storage is expandable via CompactFlash (up to 8GB) or Network Attached Storage (+NAS) for automated file ingest. The system can be upgraded with optional 2-channel or 4-channel 2-D DVE engines (+DVE-2D / +DVE-2D-2) to enable picture-in-picture, squeeze-back graphics, and dynamic visual transitions independent of logo and key layers.

Advanced Audio Routing & System Control

The 3025EMC offers complete audio flexibility, supporting 16 embedded audio channels per video stream alongside discrete MADI I/O. Onboard DSP allows operators to perform mono-mixing, phase adjustment, channel shuffling, and dual stereo voice-over ducking with full preview pre-hear capabilities. System control is handled via dedicated RS-232/422 serial automation connections, dual Gigabit Ethernet network ports, or Evertz dynamic LCD pushbutton control panels.
