Compact "Throwdown" Optical Signal Conversion

The Evertz 3405FRM series (3405FRM-BNC and 3405FRM-DIN) offers a lightweight, miniature solution for single-channel video-over-fiber applications. Engineered for fast deployment in field production, flypacks, OB vans, or tight equipment racks, these throwdown enclosures eliminate coaxial length restrictions by converting SDI and broadcast signals directly to fiber at the signal source.

Flexible Connectivity & Simple Powering

3405FRM-BNC: Features 2x 75Ω BNC ports (per IEC 61169-8 Annex A) for standard coaxial setups.
3405FRM-DIN: Features 4x Mini DIN 1.0/2.3 connectors, taking advantage of quad-electrical SFP outputs to provide built-in signal distribution from a tiny footprint.
Power Supply: Powered by a 12V DC external adapter (VSHEG42-120300-7) with auto-ranging 100–240V AC input, standard coaxial DC connector, and LED power status indicator.
