Product Overview +
Maximum Density Optical Conversion in 2RU
The Evertz 3505FR-64-BNC2 delivers extreme signal density for bulk optical transport, accommodating up to 64 hot-swappable Evertz 3405-series SFP modules in a compact 2RU footprint. Capable of supporting up to 128 discrete optical-to-electrical or electrical-to-optical conversions, it provides an ideal solution for space-constrained broadcast master control, mobile production trucks, and venue infrastructure.
Dual BNC Architecture & Zero-Downtime Design
Equipped with dual 75Ω BNC ports per SFP cage, the 3505FR-64-BNC2 offers direct dual-channel coaxial connectivity for high-density setups. Built for continuous 24/7 mission-critical operations, the frame utilizes a patent-pending architecture free of active internal electronics. All active parts—including SFP transceivers, dual redundant AC power supplies, cooling fan units, and single or dual frame controllers—are completely hot-swappable without disturbing active fiber or coaxial connections.
