Built to house up to 15 single-slot modules, the 570FR maximizes rack space efficiency without sacrificing cooling or power performance. Fully backward-compatible with legacy Evertz 7700 and 7800 series modules alongside modern 570 series cards, it offers maximum flexibility for expanding broadcast control rooms, OB vans, and transmission hubs.

Superior Power Delivery and Advanced Thermal Relief

Engineered for next-generation, high-speed processing cards, the 570FR delivers up to 750 watts of usable module power (850W total consumption). Special emphasis was placed on thermal dissipation, utilizing high-efficiency rear-exhaust cooling fans to maintain safe operating temperatures under full equipment loads. Auto-ranging dual redundant power supplies ensure seamless failover protection, operating reliably on standard 100–240V AC line power.

Mission-Critical Serviceability and Centralized Supervision

Designed for continuous non-stop operation, the 570FR features a front-extractable layout that lets technicians service modules, power supplies, and cooling fans from the front panel without disturbing rear signal cabling or interrupting adjacent channels. Integrating an optional 570FC Frame Controller in Slot 1 opens complete VistaLINK SNMP network supervision, giving engineering teams remote, real-time telemetry on module health, power supply statuses, and signal paths across the entire facility network.
