The Evertz 570REM-TX8-10GE is a modular IP encoder and transmitter card engineered for high-density broadcast contribution networks, remote production (REMI), and studio IP migration. By consolidating up to 8 channels of 3G/HD/SD-SDI or 2 channels of 4K/UHD JPEG 2000 encoding into a dual-slot footprint, the card maximizes rack density for OB vans, contribution gateways, and central broadcast facilities.

Multi-Stream Versatility & VSF TR-01 Compliance

Built to support demanding broadcast environments, the 570REM-TX8-10GE delivers pristine image quality and low processing latency. In addition to encoding native video resolutions up to 3840x2160p (Quad Division / 2sI), the board generates two extra MOSAIC JPEG 2000 streams and multi-resolution streaming outputs for multi-viewer monitoring. Full compliance with VSF TR-01 v2 ensures seamless multi-vendor interoperability across public and private IP transport links.

Comprehensive IP Interfaces & Ancillary Support

Featuring six 10GbE SFP+ optical ports, the module simultaneously outputs compressed MPEG-2 TS streams over IP and uncompressed SMPTE ST 2110 video networks with auto-timed, time-stamped packetization. The card includes 8 BNC/DIN SDI inputs with automatic cable equalization alongside 8 active loop-through SDI outputs. Full pass-through and encapsulation are provided for 4 audio groups (16 channels) and all VANC metadata.

Modular Frame Integration & Management

Occupying two slots in Evertz 570FR 1RU and 3RU chassis, the 570REM-TX8-10GE connects directly into enterprise control frameworks. System operators can monitor card telemetry, configure encoder parameters, and update routes using the internal web GUI, local frame controller, Evertz VistaLINK PRO, or MAGNUM Unified Control over SNMP.
