The Evertz 7700ADA-AUD-MM is a modular balanced analog audio distribution amplifier designed for master control, production suites, and broadcast facility signal distribution. Beyond standard stereo signal distribution, the module integrates an active mono summing circuit to simultaneously feed mono monitoring bridges, emergency broadcast feeds, or secondary audio distribution paths without requiring external summing networks.

Flexible Input Handling & Precision Level Matching

Designed to adapt to varied line-level audio infrastructure, the 7700ADA-AUD-MM features:

Automatic Conversion: Converts single-ended input sources into balanced differential outputs automatically.
Comprehensive Gain Staging: Combines jumper-selected input gain steps (0 dB / +6 dB), card-edge potentiometer fine control (-5 to +5 dB), and output gain steps (0, 3.5, or 9.5 dB) for precise level calibration.
High Headroom & Load Drive: Handles maximum input levels up to +33 dBu (0 dB gain) and drives output signals up to +28 dBu across high-impedance loads (+24 dBm into 600Ω loads).

Modular Frame Integration & Diagnostics

Using 3-pin removable terminal strip connectors for secure audio terminations, the 7700ADA-AUD-MM installs into a single card slot of Evertz 7800FR, 7801FR, or 350FR frames. Onboard status indicators provide real-time diagnostic reporting for module status and local faults.
