The Evertz 7700ADA6-EQ-L is a 1x6 analog video distribution amplifier engineered for master control, production switcher feeds, and broadcast facility signal distribution. Designed with an active equalization stage and a passive loop-thru connection, it allows operators to loop incoming analog video or sync signals to downstream equipment while distributing six isolated, cable-equalized outputs to auxiliary paths.

Signal Restoration & Flexible Coupling

Built to preserve signal integrity over long coaxial cable runs:

Cable Equalization: Continuously adjustable equalizer recovers high-frequency losses over cable distances from 0 to 300 meters using Belden 8281 or 1694A coax.
Coupling & Level Control: Includes jumper-selectable AC or DC coupling to accommodate standard video signals or DC-offset pulses, backed by a ±5 dB gain adjustment potentiometer.
Noise Rejection & Fail-Safe Architecture: Balanced input design delivers high Common Mode Rejection (>70 dB at 1 kHz). In the event of frame power failure, the passive loop-thru maintains consistent impedance, preventing signal degradation downstream.

Occupying a single slot, the 7700ADA6-EQ-L integrates into Evertz multi-frame enclosures, including the 3RU 7800FR (up to 15 modules), 1RU 7801FR (up to 4 modules), portable 350FR (up to 7 modules), or standalone single-slot enclosures. Card-edge LEDs provide instant status updates for module health and local fault reporting.
