High-Performance Signal Distribution with Active & Passive Outputs

The Evertz 7700DA6-HD-L is a high-density, multi-rate HD/SD-SDI reclocking distribution amplifier designed for broadcast television facilities, production trucks, and transmission headends. Combining 6 reclocked SDI outputs with a high-integrity passive loop-thru BNC connection, it provides an efficient solution for daisy-chaining multiple distribution amplifiers or feeding critical downstream monitoring hardware without inserting an additional active device into the primary signal path.

Dual-Mode Processing & Format Versatility

Operating in both reclocking and non-reclocking modes, the card adapts to diverse signal environments:

Reclocking Mode: Automatically senses and locks to 1.5 Gbps HD-SDI (SMPTE ST 292-1), 270 Mbps SD-SDI (SMPTE ST 259M-1), and DVB-ASI transport streams, suppressing wideband jitter to under 0.2 UI.
Non-Reclocking Mode: Bypasses internal reclocking circuitry to distribute ATSC SMPTE ST 310-1 signals (19.4 Mbps) or non-standard serial digital signals across the 270 Mbps to 1.5 Gbps range.

Flexible Framing & VistaLINK® Diagnostics

Occupying a single slot, the 7700DA6-HD-L can be deployed across a variety of Evertz enclosure architectures, including 1RU (7801FR), 3RU (7800FR), and portable frames (350FR). Comprehensive card-edge LEDs provide instant visual status for module health and input signal presence. When installed in a 7800FR chassis equipped with a 7800FC Frame Controller, the module supports full SNMP configuration, alarm tallying, and remote health checks via Evertz VistaLINK® NMS and VUE control panels.
