Unified Third-Party Monitoring & Control

The Evertz 7700TPI is a versatile interface card built to integrate non-native broadcast equipment into the Evertz VistaLINK Network Management System (NMS). By translating serial, Ethernet, and GPI fault conditions into native SNMP traps, the 7700TPI extends facility-wide monitoring to third-party legacy devices.

Comprehensive Hardware Interfacing

The 7700TPI provides three core connection mediums on a single rear assembly:

GPI/GPO Logic: Features 20 opto-isolated GPI inputs for tracking external faults and 8 relay GPO outputs for triggering physical alarms or automated system changes.
Serial Translation: Equipped with 4 configurable RS-232/422/485 serial ports to send control commands and monitor status data up to 115200 bps.
Ethernet Gateway: Includes a 10/100 Ethernet port to bridge IP-enabled devices directly into the VistaLINK ecosystem.

Integrated Standalone Architecture

Occupying two slots in 7800FR 3RU chassis, the module features its own built-in SNMP frame controller, providing independent network communication while offering diagnostic LEDs for quick local troubleshooting.
