The Evertz 7800IDA2Q series (available in 3G and HD models) is an intelligent, dual-input reclocking distribution amplifier engineered for high-density broadcast infrastructure and master control routing. Built with auto-sensing equalized inputs, it provides high-quality signal distribution across long cable runs without compromising signal integrity.

Dual 1x4 or Single 1x8 Reconfigurable Routing

Designed for operational flexibility across demanding production environments, the module supports two main operation modes:

Dual 1x4 Mode: Functions as two independent 1x4 distribution amplifiers, delivering four reclocked outputs per input.
Single 1x8 Mode: Combines both output banks to distribute a single input across eight reclocked outputs.

Its advanced input stage restores degraded video signals, compensating for long transmission distances up to 150m at 3 Gbps, 200m at 1.5 Gbps, and 380m at 270 Mbps using broadcast-grade coaxial cable.

High-Density Modular Design & VistaLINK® Telemetry

Utilizing compact DIN 1.0/2.3 outputs on the rear connector, the 7800IDA2Q delivers high port density while occupying just one card slot. Broadcast facilities can pack up to 14 modules (28 individual distribution amplifiers) into a 3RU 7800FR frame. Integrated VistaLINK® and SNMP capabilities enable real-time telemetry, input signal presence monitoring, and centralized configuration via the 7800FC Frame Controller.
