Featuring 48 dynamic LCD buttons arranged across three rows of 16, the CP-2048E provides exceptional control density, enabling operators to manage complex routing hierarchies, level breakaways, and system macros within a clear physical surface.

Contextual Menu Navigation & Visual Status

Designed to streamline live production operations, each button features a 32x24 dot-matrix display rendering custom text labels, graphics, or custom character sets:

Dynamic Menu Tree: Pressing a menu button re-maps surrounding button legends and functions on the fly for fast sub-menu navigation.
Multi-Color Feedback: Programmable red, green, and yellow backlighting with dual-level intensity offers clear visual confirmation of source/destination status and active routes.
Operational Control: Supports page mode navigation (NEXT/LAST), breakaway switching, and lock/enable button protection.

Interfacing & Power Flexibility

The CP-2048E bridges legacy and modern broadcast systems, offering direct Qlink 75Ω coaxial connectivity for legacy Evertz routers as well as standard Ethernet IP control for MAGNUM routing systems. A dedicated D9 interface handles camera joystick override triggering, while dual AC/DC power inputs ensure reliable operation across facility installations.
