Compact Silent IP Processing Gateway

The Evertz SCORPION-6 and SCORPION-6F provide high-density signal aggregation, conversion, and transport in a fanless, standalone enclosure. Engineered for remote production, camera control unit (CCU) extensions, post-production endpoints, and multi-viewer HDMI interfaces, the SCORPION-6 operates silently in live sports or field environments.

Modular MIO Expansion & IP Gateway

The platform adapts to various media workflows using Evertz Modular Input Output (MIO) cards:

IP Edge Processing: Serves as a native IP gateway encapsulating video, audio, and data into SMPTE ST 2110 or ST 2022-2/6 streams over 1/10/25GbE networks.
Internal Routing & Testing: Features built-in crosspoint routing to shuffle signals between MIO slots and SFP interfaces, along with an integrated test pattern generator for rapid signal path verification.
Open IP Interoperability: Fully supports NMOS IS-04 and IS-05 standards to integrate seamlessly into broadcast control systems and SDVN orchestration platforms.
