Built on a scalable client/server architecture, VistaLINK CSM allows multiple operators to manage channel configurations simultaneously:

Topology Mapping: Renders a clear graphical view of full service signal paths from input ingestion to output transmission.
Service Lineup Creation: Features easy-to-use provisioning and multi-step activation routines to bring new digital services online quickly.
Offline Configuration Editor: Enables operators to prepare and validate channel lineups, PID mappings, and device setups offline before pushing changes live.

Robust Redundancy and Automated Fault Recovery

VistaLINK CSM maximizes system uptime across mission-critical 24/7 broadcast environments. The software includes configuration wizards for setting up 1+1, N+1, and N+M device and service redundancy topologies. By continuously monitoring all active media processing paths, VistaLINK CSM detects signal or hardware failures automatically and executes rapid failover switching to backup units and alternate signal sources.

By extending Evertz' proven VistaLINK NMS monitoring, logging, and alarming engine, CSM provides deep visibility into device health, service status, and network performance.
