Product Overview +
Web-Based Operational Control for Broadcast Facilities
The Evertz VUE-CPWEB is a web-based control panel solution engineered to deliver virtual routing, multiviewer management, and parametric device control directly through a web browser. Hosted on Evertz MAGNUM-OS servers, VUE-CPWEB provides flexible broadcast control across local networks and remote production environments without requiring dedicated desktop client installations.
Tiered Software License Packages
VUE-CPWEB offers three flexible feature tiers to accommodate varying operational needs:
- VUE-CPWEB (Basic): Focuses on core virtual router control panels with per-user authentication, floating license support, and controlled source/destination access.
- VUE-CPWEB-PLUS (Enhanced): Expands capabilities to include multiviewer layout control, parametric device adjustments, filtered MAGNUM-OS resource access, and dynamic location support.
- VUE-CPWEB-PRODESIGN (Full Suite): Provides full VUE application access, enabling custom drag-and-drop layout design, baseband and IP XY routing, salvo automation triggers, and multi-protocol third-party device control (SNMP, TCP, HTTP).
Server-Hosted Architecture & System Requirements
Built for enterprise stability, all device communication is routed through the central MAGNUM-OS host. VUE-CPWEB requires MAGNUM-OS version 23.11 or higher and runs natively on Google Chrome. Workstations running the browser interface should be equipped with Windows 10 (or newer), an Intel i5 processor or higher, 8GB of RAM, and 32GB of available storage for optimal operational performance.
