Product Overview +
Software-Defined, Context-Aware Broadcast Control
Evertz VUE is a software-defined operational interface platform engineered to streamline control and monitoring across modern broadcast facilities. By replacing rigid physical control panels with highly dynamic, context-oriented virtual layouts, VUE empowers a single operator to manage complex broadcast workflows—spanning content creation, signal processing, routing, and distribution—from a unified interface.
Drag-and-Drop VUE Design Studio & Interactive Widgets
Creating custom operational screens is simplified through the built-in VUE Design Studio:
- Drag-and-Drop Layout Building: Operators select tailored widgets from the Widget Tray—such as XY router panels, video processing controls, or signal meters—and drop them directly onto the canvas.
- Automated Data Discovery: Router widgets automatically populate source and destination lists directly from the Evertz Orchestration Layer (MAGNUM-OS).
- Topological Visualization: Provides visual representations of complete facility signal paths, allowing operators to touch or click specific nodes to trigger actions or review live diagnostics.
VUE-ANYWHERE Remote Access & Centralized Administration
With the VUE-ANYWHERE feature, broadcast personnel can access their customized VUE interfaces remotely using any standard web browser over local networks or WANs. Centralized management tools allow engineering teams to organize user permission groups, push software updates across client networks, distribute saved panel layouts, and schedule dynamic UI changes based on specific operational shifts or event timelines.
