Advanced Surface Protection & Wide 175° Viewing Angles
By encapsulating LED dies directly onto the substrate via proprietary AlfaCOB or ORIM resin injection finishes, UHD Finepix panels eliminate traditional surface vulnerabilities. The sealed face resists physical impacts, liquid spills, static discharge (>10kV ESD), and airborne contaminants while maintaining UL94-0 fire safety compliance. The smooth optical coating broadens viewing angles to 175 degrees horizontally and vertically, eliminating off-axis color shifting in wide control rooms and studio volumes.
Smart Powerbox & Industry 4.0 Infrastructure
Engineered within Alfalite's Smart Factory 4.0 framework, the panel chassis incorporates a noise-free, fanless Smart Powerbox that dissipates heat via natural convection. Internal wireless module connections reduce cable failure points, while built-in telemetry sensors monitor operating temperature, humidity, signal state, and refresh rates in real time. Full magnetic front-serviceability enables rapid individual component maintenance without disturbing adjacent display tiles.
