Compact 10-Channel Broadcast Engine

The FOR-A FA-1010 is a multi-channel signal processor that packages ten frame synchronizers and ten color correctors into a space-saving 1U rackmount chassis. Purpose-built for high-density environments like network operation centers, sub-control rooms, mobile OB trucks, and live event production, the FA-1010 processes up to 10 independent 3G/HD/SD-SDI video feeds simultaneously. Internal routing circuits allow multi-channel processing without messy external cabling, while an integrated 10x10 clean switcher enables seamless video and audio switching.

Advanced Color Correction & 4K Capabilities

Each of the ten processing channels includes a Proc Amp and a dedicated color corrector featuring Balance (RGB), Differential, and Sepia modes, complemented by Y/Pb/Pr and RGB clipping functions to keep signal levels within broadast standards. By enabling its 4K link mode, the unit pairs multiple internal channels to operate as two complete 4K (QFHD) square-division processors. Inter-convertible 3G-SDI Level-A and Level-B support resolves signal compatibility issues across mixed-gear infrastructure.

High-Density Audio Remapping & Modular I/O Options

The base unit manages 16 channels of embedded audio per SDI line (up to 160 channels across all 10 inputs) with full channel remapping, gain control, 1-ms step delay (up to 1,000 ms), down-mixing, phase polarity reversal, and sample rate conversion. Optional audio cards expand capacity up to 192 channels:

Digital Audio: FA-10AES-BL (8-channel balanced AES/EBU) and FA-10AES-UBL / FA-10AES-UBLC (unbalanced AES/EBU).
Analog Audio: FA-10ANA-AUD (4-channel balanced/unbalanced analog audio with built-in mic head amplifiers and phantom power).
Control & Redundancy Options: FA-10GPI expansion card, FA-10RU remote control panel, FA-10DCCRU color control panel, FA-AUX30 extension panel, and FA-10PS redundant power supply.
