The FOR-A Fujitsu IP-HE950 is an advanced real-time video transmission encoder/decoder designed for contribution feeds, remote sports production, newsgathering, and live event distribution. Utilizing High Efficiency Video Coding (H.265/HEVC) compression, the IP-HE950 achieves twice the efficiency of legacy H.264 processors. This allows broadcast operators to transmit stunning 4K UHD and HD feeds over limited-bandwidth satellite and IP links without visual quality degradation.

Compact Half-Rack Design & Dual IP/DVB-ASI Output

Housed in a portable 1U half-rack chassis, the IP-HE950 is optimized for space-constrained production environments such as outside broadcast (OB) vans and portable flypack setups. For maximum transmission redundancy and routing flexibility, the unit supports simultaneous output across standard IP network interfaces and DVB-ASI connections, ensuring compatibility with modern IP workflows as well as legacy broadcast transport systems.

Dual Encoding & Advanced Error Resilience

Engineered to maintain signal integrity over unpredictable network paths, the IP-HE950 incorporates robust network error correction technology that prevents frame drops and pixelation over public and private IP networks. Its dual-encode feature allows operators to generate independent streams simultaneously, simplifying simultaneous high-bitrate contribution and low-bitrate monitoring or web streaming operations.
