Overview

The Neumann Merging Anubis Premium is a mastering-grade network audio interface, monitor controller, and DSP processing platform built for demanding professional recording, broadcast, post-production, and immersive audio applications. Designed by Merging Technologies, now part of the Neumann and Sennheiser Group, Anubis combines reference-class analog circuitry, exceptional AD/DA conversion, intuitive touchscreen operation, and flexible network audio connectivity into a compact desktop unit. The Premium version additionally supports DXD, DSD64, DSD128, DSD256, and PCM up to 384 kHz for the most demanding production environments.

Performance / Features

Anubis delivers exceptional audio performance with up to 136 dBA microphone input dynamic range and 139 dBA line input dynamic range, powered by dual premium microphone preamps offering up to 78 dB of gain. Its advanced DSP engine provides real-time EQ, dynamics processing, monitor control, cue mixing, and reverb while operating completely standalone through its responsive color touchscreen.

Built around Merging's modular "Mission" architecture, the interface can instantly adapt to Monitoring, Music, Commentary, or Venue workflows without changing hardware. Network connectivity supports RAVENNA/AES67, ST 2022-7 redundancy, NMOS, LAWO HOME, and optional Dante Ready™ operation, making it ideal for modern AoIP infrastructures.
