Overview
The Neutrik NO2FW-XP is a female opticalCON DRAGONFLY chassis connector designed for SMPTE hybrid camera systems. It features ruggedized anticorrosive plating, four crimp contacts, one XB2 feedthrough socket, and one shell ground contact for the SMPTE cable shield. The feedthrough design allows an XB2 patch cable to connect directly to the rear of the chassis for simplified installation and servicing.
Professional Data and Power Performance
Designed for demanding broadcast and AV applications, the NO2FW-XP supports simultaneous optical signal and power transmission through a single hybrid connection. The improved guiding nose ensures safe and reliable mating, while the connector is suitable for indoor studio installations and outdoor OB truck camera systems compliant with SMPTE standards. When used with the SCXP-F sealing kit, it provides IP68 protection in the mated condition.
Durable Professional Construction
The NO2FW-XP features a ruggedized anticorrosive finish and is engineered for long-term reliability in harsh broadcast environments. Its chassis cut-out matches common standard broadcast cut-outs for easy integration into professional equipment. An optional lockable sealing cover (SCNO2FW-XP) is available to protect the connector against dust and contamination when not in use.
