The Neutrik NP2RX-ULTIMATE is a 2-pole right-angle 1/4 inch professional audio plug designed for instrument and guitar cable applications. It combines the functions of Neutrik’s silentPLUG and timbrePLUG in one connector, offering silent switching and adjustable sound character in a compact right-angle design.

Silent and Timbre Performance

The NP2RX-ULTIMATE automatically mutes the instrument cable to help avoid pops and squeals when changing instruments under load. It also provides the standard cable timbre plus three additional sound characteristics, allowing guitar players to adjust from a neutral, clear sound to warmer tonal options using the plug-mounted control.

Durable Right-Angle Construction

The connector features gold-plated contacts, black chromium shell plating, a slim right-angle body, and Neutrik’s proven chuck-type strain relief. Its precision machined one-piece contacts and hermetically sealed switching contacts support reliable professional use in stage, studio, rehearsal, and touring environments.
