Overview
The Neutrik opticalCON DRAGONFLY Cable is a pre-assembled SMPTE hybrid camera cable engineered for professional broadcast camera links. It combines two lensed single-mode optical ferrules with four copper contacts to provide simultaneous optical signal and power transmission in a single rugged cable assembly.

The DRAGONFLY system utilizes Neutrik's lensed optical technology and fusion-spliced optical connections to deliver highly reliable signal transmission with minimal optical loss. The hybrid interface integrates two optical channels, two signal contacts, two power contacts, and one ground contact while providing excellent resistance to dust and contamination. It is designed for both indoor studio and outdoor OB truck camera links in accordance with SMPTE standards.
Durable Professional Construction
Built for demanding broadcast environments, the cable features an all-metal housing, overall copper braided shield, stainless steel strength member, durable black PUR outer jacket, and a spring-loaded push-pull locking mechanism with strong cable retention. When mated, the connector provides IP68 protection and is designed for long service life with field-serviceable components.
