Overview

The Neutrik opticalCON MTP is a pre-assembled rugged 12-channel fiber optic cable engineered for professional broadcast, live production, and mobile field applications. Based on proven MTP connectivity, it accommodates 12 optical fibers inside a durable all-metal housing, delivering a compact, lightweight, and highly reliable solution for high-density fiber deployments. It is available in multimode (PC) and single-mode (APC) versions.

Professional Fiber Performance

The opticalCON MTP supports 12 optical fibers for high-bandwidth point-to-point multichannel routing. Its Push-Pull locking mechanism provides secure connections, while the innovative spherical sealing shutter automatically protects the optical interface against dust and dirt. The connector offers IP65 protection when mated and is designed for over 2,500 mating cycles.

Durable Professional Construction

Built for demanding field deployment, the cable features a rugged all-metal connector housing, excellent cable retention using aramid yarn, a durable black PUR outer jacket, and a lightweight mobile field cable construction. It is supplied factory-assembled in multiple cable lengths and is available packaged in cases, on cable drums, or airspools.
