Eight-Quad Multicore Audio Cable

The Percon AK 84000 HF is a multicore analogue audio cable with eight star-quad circuits in one jacket. It is made for mobile installations where many microphone and line signals must run from a stage box, outside broadcast unit or studio rack in a single cable, saving time and reducing the number of separate runs on location.

Quad and Shield Design

Each quad uses 24 AWG copper OFC conductors with PPEX insulation. Every pair has its own double copper spiral shield, which keeps the circuits isolated from each other and supports the excellent signal-to-noise performance that the quad geometry provides across all eight circuits in the cable. The FRLSZH jacket is halogen-free and low smoke, which is important in enclosed venues.
