Stype GreenKiller is a software-based chroma keyer integrated with the StypeLand virtual production workflow. It is designed to produce professional green-screen composites while preserving visual details that are often difficult for conventional keyers.

Detail-Preserving Chroma Keying

GreenKiller differentiates subtle color variations across the cyclorama to preserve realistic shadows, reflections, fine hair detail, liquids and depth-of-field effects in the final virtual set composite.

LuxIQ Adaptive Chroma Keying

LuxIQ monitors a reference point on the cyclorama and automatically recalibrates keying parameters as lighting or iris conditions change. If the reference point temporarily leaves the frame, the system retains the last valid state until it returns.

Fast Studio Setup

GreenKiller scans the studio lighting, geometry and space to create a production preset. Depending on studio size, the manufacturer states that this scan normally completes within a few minutes.

HDR and StypeLand Integration

The software supports HDR HLG BT.2100 workflows and operates directly inside the StypeLand environment without requiring a separate hardware keyer.
