Product Overview +
High-Density Pushbutton Intercom Panel
The VI-PNLB-24P 2RU Rackmount 24-Key Pushbutton Keypanel is a professional intercom user station designed for broadcast studios, production facilities, and control rooms. As part of the V-Series IrisX Keypanels, it offers a compact yet powerful communication interface with intuitive pushbutton controls.
Clear Displays for Operational Awareness
Each keyset includes a 10-character high-brightness color display, a visual volume bar, and multi-color tally lights. These indicators provide clear feedback on communication status, active channels, and system configuration, helping operators monitor and manage communications efficiently during live operations.
Flexible Local Connectivity
The keypanel supports multiple audio connection options including 4-pin, 5-pin, or 7-pin headset connections, along with support for a gooseneck microphone and a built-in loudspeaker for hands-free communication. Additional rear-panel connections provide external audio inputs and outputs, a hot mic output, second headset connectivity, and GPIO interfaces for external control integration.
Reliable Network and System Integration
The VI-PNLB-24P connects to host intercom systems through AES67-capable networks, supporting connections across LAN, WAN, or internet environments. It can also connect directly to compatible matrix hardware such as the Eclipse HX Digital Matrix System. Dual LAN ports allow redundant networking to ensure reliable communication in critical environments.
Advanced Features with Eclipse Systems
When used with an Eclipse HX system, the keypanel supports advanced functionality including key stacking, shift pages, expansion panels, IFB control, and separate talk and listen assignments. The built-in DSP mixer allows operators to adjust routing, filtering, and audio dynamics while enabling additional network-based audio ports and replay functionality.
