High-Density Lever Keypanel for Professional Intercom

The VI-PNLB-32L 2RU Rackmount 32-Key Lever Keypanel is a high-capacity intercom user station designed for broadcast studios, live production control rooms, and communication centers. As part of the V-Series IrisX Keypanels, it provides intuitive lever-based controls combined with high-visibility displays for managing a large number of communication channels.

Clear Displays for Real-Time Communication Status

Each keyset includes a 10-character color display, volume bar indicator, and multi-color tally light. These visual indicators display configuration details and real-time status information such as active talk paths, listening channels, and system alerts, helping operators monitor communications efficiently.

Flexible Local Connectivity

The panel supports 4-pin, 5-pin, or 7-pin headset connections, along with a gooseneck microphone and built-in loudspeaker for hands-free operation. Additional rear-panel connections include external line-level audio inputs and outputs, hot mic output, a second headset port, and GPIO interfaces for integration with external switches or control systems.

Advanced Network and System Connectivity

The VI-PNLB-32L connects to its host system through LAN, WAN, or internet networks using AES67 audio networking. It can also connect locally with low-latency audio or directly interface with compatible hardware such as the Eclipse HX Digital Matrix System. Dual LAN connections enable support for redundant network setups to ensure continuous communication.

Enhanced Features with Eclipse HX

When used with Eclipse HX systems, the keypanel provides advanced functions including key stacking, shift pages, expansion panel support, separate talk and listen assignments, and IFB control. The built-in DSP mixer enables customizable routing, audio filtering, and dynamic processing, giving operators precise control over incoming and outgoing audio channels.
