Product Overview +
Cinematic Clarity and Large Sensor Performance
The Bolin R9-418F 1 Inch 4K PTZ Camera elevates remote camera production with its premium 1.0-type back-illuminated Sony Exmor R CMOS sensor. This large-format light-gathering area gives broadcast engineers and content creators a distinct competitive edge, yielding an incredibly wide dynamic range and deep image depth. Even in low-light environments, theaters, or architectural venues with highly unpredictable lighting, it preserves true-to-life colors and clear structural detail with minimal digital grain.
Precision Optics and Mechanical Stability
Outfitted with a legendary Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T lens, the camera covers an impressive 18x zoom range in native 4K, which scales up to 24x magnification in Full HD workflows. The optical pipeline retains a bright F2.8 constant wide aperture and includes a built-in mechanical ND filter system, allowing operator control over exposure levels in bright environment setups. To eliminate camera shake across its extensive zoom path, integrated optical image stabilization continuously counters structural or mounting floor vibration.
Streamlined Baseband and IP Architectures
The versatile rear interface panel of the R9-418F supports parallel signal workflows, broadcasting true dual-output performance across baseband and AV-over-IP networks simultaneously. It comes loaded with dual 6G-SDI connections, HDMI 2.0, Genlock tracking, and a dedicated SFP+ optical transceiver slot for safe 12G-SDI fiber run extensions. Balanced broadcast-grade XLR audio inputs route directly through a locking 10-pin LEMO connector system, keeping high-end audio tightly embedded with the video feed.
Advanced Virtual Studio Rendering
For state-of-the-art visual telemetry, the R9-418F provides integrated FreeD protocol support natively. This operational framework sends seamless, ultra-low-latency 3D positional telemetry tracking directly to external virtual set graphics processors. Combining standard 255-step pan/tilt robotic mechanics with high-quality real-time positioning metrics, video teams can execute smooth complex moves that blend real camera actions perfectly into augmented and virtual realities.
